A super easy and very original recipe to make.
Heat the oil and butter in a pot and add the pieces of chicken, turning them occasionally.
Once browned, remove the legs to a dish. Add the flour to the pot and let it brown slightly, then add about 1/2 liter of water, ensuring the legs are not submerged and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Let it cook gently.
In the meantime, put 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter in a bowl and mix it with the liquid cream.
Finally, pour this cream over the chicken 5 minutes before the end of cooking, let it simmer on very low heat, and toss in the salted peanuts for a crunchy texture.
