A pasta recipe with mushrooms.
Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Wash the spinach leaves and chop the onion. Peel the carrot and dice it.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic and onion. Add the diced carrots and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes over high heat. Season with salt and pepper, then mix.
Bring a large volume of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Place the pasta in a bowl. Mix it with the sautéed mushrooms. Add the raw spinach leaves and herbs, and gently mix.
To finish, divide the mushroom pasta between two plates. Place 3 slices on each plate.
