Recipe for pancake lollipops.
In a bowl, pour the flour and cornstarch.
Gradually add the milk and mix vigorously.
Add the previously beaten eggs and the vanilla sugar, then mix again.
Let rest for 30 minutes.
Butter the pan and cook the pancakes over high heat, flipping them. Repeat the process 10 times.
Spread a spreadable filling over the entire surface of a crepe.
Place a crepe on top and roll everything up tightly. Cover with plastic wrap.
Repeat this step 5 times, then place the rolls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Brush the rolls with spreadable dough, then coat them with a mixture of pistachio and praline.
To finish, finally cut the rolls into pieces and insert a wooden stick into each piece to create a lollipop.
