Oven-Baked Shrimp with Cherry Tomatoes and Feta

Today I propose baked shrimp with cherry tomatoes and feta. A dish that is incredibly simple and quick to make, yet super delicious and light. If you like shrimp, you are going to love it.

Ingredients
 450 Raw peeled shrimp
 300 Cherry tomato
 200 Feta
 4 cloves Garlic
 Olive oil
 ½ cracked pepper (or to taste)
 1 Parsley
Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan mode (or 200°C, static mode).

Peel the shrimp if it hasn't already been done.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half or leave the very small ones whole.

Peel and chop the garlic.

Arrange the shrimp in a baking dish. Add the tomatoes.

Cut the feta into cubes and distribute it on top, along with the chopped garlic.

Drizzle with some olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.

Chop the parsley and sprinkle it on top. Gently mix with a spoon.

Bake for 15 minutes.

To finish, serve immediately with the garnish of your choice (spaghetti for me).
