This tuna bread recipe is easy to make and can be prepared the day before. It is ultra moist thanks to the cream and can be enjoyed with tomatoes and a bit of mayonnaise. A delightful freshness for a picnic or a light dinner!

 485 Tuna
 3 Sandwich bread
 5 Egg
 1 Shallot
 1 clove Garlic
 ½ Lemon juice
 4 Sour cream
 Milk
 Salt
 Pepper

Mix the ingredients. Crumble the tuna, add the bread soaked in a bit of milk. Mix and add the beaten eggs, lemon juice, cream, chopped shallots, and garlic. Make a well-combined mixture.

Cook in a water bath. Place in a greased loaf pan and bake in a water bath for 40 minutes.

Unmolding Let it cool and unmold.

Serve by unmolding onto a bed of salad with cherry tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, or lemon slices.
