 1 Rice noodles or Chinese noodles
 300 Raw peeled shrimp
 250 Chicken tenders cut into strips.
 100 Coconut milk
 250 Chicken broth
 150 Sliced green bell pepper
 1 Onion
 2 cloves Garlic
 1 Cilantro
 1 Espelette pepper
 2 Red curry paste
 2 Sesame oil
 2 Lime juice
 1 Honey

Heat the oil in a deep skillet and add the onion. Sauté it until it is translucent.

Add the curry paste, ginger, chili powder, garlic, and mix everything together.

Add the chicken and sauté for about 3 minutes. Then add the shrimp and continue cooking for 3 minutes.

Pour the coconut milk along with the broth, honey, and lime juice. Stir everything together.

Add the noodles and cook over medium heat (at a gentle boil) for about ten minutes, stirring frequently, until the pasta is al dente and some of the broth is absorbed.

Add the pepper strips and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes.

To finish, divide the pasta onto plates, sprinkle with cilantro and green onions, then add small pieces of cheese and a drizzle of Sriracha sauce.
