Preparation of the dough. Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Pour the sifted flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add the eggs and olive oil. Continue to work the dough until a smooth cream is obtained.

Add the topping: Add the olives, cheese, and a good pinch of pepper, and mix everything together.

Cooking Butter a loaf pan, pour in the mixture and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool before serving.
