Very good for a snack!
Mix the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar for a few minutes until a creamy consistency is obtained. Add the egg yolks, orange juice, and zest to the mixture and stir well. Fold in the flour.
Place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes so that it can be rolled out easily afterward. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 cm to 1 cm thick. Spread chocolate spread on one side of the rectangle, leaving space around the four edges (to make it easier to spread, you can heat it slightly in the microwave).
Roll the dough and wrap it in plastic wrap. Place it back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cutting the rolls into slices about 1/2 cm thick. To get nice slices and especially to keep the central pattern intact, use dental floss or nylon thread, definitely not a knife!
To finish, place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cookies are slightly golden at the edges. The baking time may vary depending on the thickness of the cookies.
