 40 Pecan nuts
 20 Dried raisin
 Sesame seeds
 Toasted black sesame seeds

Blend all the ingredients except for the sesame seeds.

Clean the work surface and roll into a log. Roll the log in sesame seeds, wrap in film, and let it harden in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Remove the plastic wrap and cut into slices.

To finish, note: Serve at breakfast to gain strength in the morning, or for a mid-morning snack, or whenever you like!
