Morning Bowl Recipe with Prunes

In julienne or as a jam, the prune adds a touch of indulgence to this bowl made of yogurt, muesli, and dried fruits.

Ingredients
 15 julienne of dried plums
 50 Soft white cheese 0
 5 Acacia honey
 130 Prunes
 100 Jam sugar

Prepare the prune jam: soak the prunes in warm water for 6 hours. Drain them and then cut them into pieces. Pour 600 ml of water into a pot, then add the sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar completely, then add the pieces of prunes. Allow it to come back to a boil, then skim off any foam and simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Jar the mixture.

Mix the cream cheese by incorporating 2 tablespoons of prune jam.

Place 70 g of this mixture in a bowl and add the muesli.

To finish, drizzle with a bit of acacia honey, add 10 g of dried fruit and the julienne of prunes.
