 100 Tomato puree
 1 Onion
 1 Fresh basil
 1 Package of white or spinach lasagna.
 150 Fresh goat cheese

Chop the onion into small cubes. Sauté it in a little olive oil.

Meanwhile, hydrate the ground meat in twice its volume of simmering water, add 3 tablespoons of tomato puree and the onion.

Let simmer until the desired consistency is achieved. Add the chopped basil. Set aside.

Cut the lasagna sheets in half lengthwise.

Spread the goat cheese on the pasta and place the filling.

Roll the dough into roses and place them in the silicone muffin molds.

To finish, bake for about 20 minutes at 200°C. When serving, you can garnish your dish with a few fresh basil leaves.
