For an exotic drink that brings a change, try this mango and turmeric smoothie recipe. This fruity and spicy blend awakens the taste buds at any time of the day!

 1 Yogurt
 125 Milk
 120 Mango
 1 Grated carrot
 1 Fresh ginger
 ½ Turmeric powder
 1 Lemon thyme

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until you have a smooth drink. Taste and add agave syrup if needed (the mango can be more or less sweet).

Pour into a glass and sprinkle with a little turmeric and lemon thyme leaves.

To finish, for a different flavor, you can replace the mango with banana.
