 2 Green kiwi
 2 Red onion
 10 Coconut milk
 ½ Coriander
 Pepper and salt

Remove the bones from the mackerel fillets. Cut into small scallops.

Peel the onion and chop finely.

Place the fillets in a dish. Squeeze the juice of the limes. Pour about half of the juice. Add half of the onions. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Peel the kiwis and cut them into regular dice.

Drain the mackerel fillets. Add the remaining lemon juice, coconut milk, red onions, and kiwis. Stir in the chopped cilantro.

To finish, mix gently and serve with some nachos. You can also add some baby corn.
