Ingredients
 600 Neck of lamb or leg of lamb to be minced.
 1 Sliced onion
 1 Chopped tomato
 ½ Sliced cucumber
 8 Comté cheese
 Fine mustard
 ½ Olive oil

With 600 g of lamb neck or leg of lamb to "grind," shape 4 lamb "steaks" of 150 g each. You can do it yourself or ask your butcher.

Cook the lamb steaks to your desired doneness in a skillet, searing one side, then the other, in olive oil, and season the meat with salt and pepper to your liking.

Assemble the burgers as follows: 1 bun spread with mustard, 1 slice of cheese, 1 patty, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of onion, 2 slices of cucumber, 1 slice of tomato. If desired, enhance the flavor by also spreading mustard on the second bun.

To finish, serve with fresh fries or sweet potatoes for a more unique touch!
