Limoncello is a delicious lemon liqueur, ideal for beautifully concluding a summer meal. This homemade recipe will allow you to easily make your own limoncello with just a few ingredients. The process requires a bit of patience, but the result is truly worth it.  1 Water
 10 Lemon

Peel the lemons with a peeler (only use the yellow part) and steep it in alcohol for ten days in a dark place.

After ten days, strain the alcohol, removing the skins. Heat the water and add the sugar.

To finish, let the alcohol cool completely. Serve very cold.

    Instead of using water and sugar, can we use sugar cane syrup like in cocktails, and if so, what amount? Thank you for your response.

    Everyone has their own taste. Keep in the freezer (it won't freeze) and it becomes syrupy... A delicious frappé ;). An original and pleasant digestif. My suggestion: 1 liter of water for a strong liqueur or 1.5L to soften it, it's up to you.
