The process requires a bit of patience, but the result is truly worth it. Peel the lemons with a peeler (only use the yellow part) and steep it in alcohol for ten days in a dark place.
After ten days, strain the alcohol, removing the skins. Heat the water and add the sugar.
To finish, let the alcohol cool completely. Serve very cold.
