Here is my recipe for homemade breaded chicken! Forget the store-bought version! Why choose pre-made when you can enjoy homemade?
In a blender, place the chicken fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until you achieve a smooth texture.
Roll out the ground meat between two sheets of plastic wrap and flatten with a rolling pin to form the base of your dish. Place a slice of ham and two slices of cheese on each base. Fold using the plastic wrap to help, in order to form a rolled dish. For better holding, place them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
In three shallow dishes, place: the flour seasoned with a pinch of salt and smoked paprika, the beaten eggs, and the breadcrumbs.
Place each breaded chicken roll successively in the flour, beaten eggs, and then the breadcrumbs.
To finish, in a hot skillet, brown each chord for 5-6 minutes on each side until they are golden and crispy. Enjoy your meal!
