Enjoy my homemade cassoulet recipe with a multi-cooker! A delicious dish from the southwest, made with white beans and sausages. Comforting and hearty, this dish will be perfect for a winter dinner.
The day before: soak the white beans overnight in a pot filled with water.
The next day: peel the garlic and onion, chop them and sauté with oil in the Cooker on "browning" mode for 5 minutes, stirring regularly with a spatula.
Cut the sausages into slices and add them to the pot, stirring continuously for 5 minutes.
Drain the white beans, then add them to the pot with the tomato sauce and the tomato paste. Crumble the stock cube, and season.
Mix well, then cook quickly under pressure for 30 minutes. Adjust the seasoning before serving.
