 1 Brie (preferably from a cheesemonger)
 100 Mascarpone
 Organic Truffle Olive Oil

Cut the cheese in half horizontally. Pour the mascarpone into a bowl and add a good drizzle of truffle oil, mix well.

Spread the mixture over one portion of cheese, close it with the second portion of cheese, wrap it well and let it infuse in the refrigerator.

Finally, on the day, take out the brie for the appetizer.
