My favorite dish.
In a bowl, pour in 500 g of sour cream, a pinch of garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add a tablespoon of tomato paste, port, and cornstarch.
Mix everything together and then add the mushrooms.
Mix again.
In a dish, wrap the 8 slices of braised ham. Pour the filling from the container into the dish. Add cheese on top.
To finish, heat the dish in the oven for 15 minutes at 210°C.
