For the bolognese sauce

 800 Chopped tomatoes

For the béchamel sauce
 50 Butter
 50 Flour
 500 Whole milk
 1 pinch Nutmeg
 Salt

Preparation of the bolognese sauce In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add the ground meat and brown it. Incorporate the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Preparation of the béchamel sauce. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the flour and mix well for 2 minutes. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps. Let it thicken over medium heat, seasoning with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

Lasagna Assembly Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a baking dish, place a layer of Bolognese sauce, a layer of lasagna sheets, and then a layer of béchamel. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Finish with a layer of béchamel and sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until the lasagna is nicely golden.
