 ½ Maroilles
 1 brown or blonde beer
 2 fresh cream
 2 whole eggs
 salt and pepper
Directions
1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Scrape the rind off the cheese. Mash it with a fork, then add the beer, cream, and whole eggs. Mix well, add pepper, and salt very little, or not at all according to your taste, as hot cheese gives a salty taste impression.

3

Add the mixture and place in the oven. Let it cook for half an hour.

I made this recipe by adding bacon, it was my first tart and we enjoyed it!!!! The children are asking for more, even the youngest!! A must-try and to make again without hesitation!!

a recipe that I recommend to everyone! However, I encountered a cooking issue with the dough (and it released quite a bit of water too ^^") so be careful at home ^^.

From Picardy or the North, it doesn't matter: it's a never-ending debate similar to "pain au chocolat" or "chocolatine." In any case, I'm going to settle this once and for all: it's a dish from the North, that's how it is... ;-p Regardless, this recipe is excellent, very simple, and very quick to make. The presence of beer is surprising (personally, I don't use it), but why not, it can't be bad. :-) Enjoy your meal, everyone!

It's really good a true delight: during a dinner among neighbors, everyone had to bring a specialty from their region. What could be more evocative of the north than our delicious cheese!!!!! They all loved it!!! Creamy, not too strong in taste. My suggestion: For those who find it a bit too strong, a green salad as a side is ideal.
