Ingredients
 15 Plum
 12 Semolina sugar
Directions

Wash and pit the plums. Place them with the sugar in a jam pot or a thick-bottomed saucepan and let them rest overnight. After this time, stir the fruits and sugar well and cook for about 1 hour. To check the cooking, drop a drop of syrup onto a cold plate: if it sets, the jam is ready. Put into jars and cover immediately. It is better to turn the jars upside down until completely cooled. This way, the jam preserves very well. Store the jars upright.
