A gazpacho recipe proposed in the kitchen for Marmande tomatoes.

Yields4 Servings
Prep Time10 mins
Ingredients
1 500 g of tomato soup from the Marmande region.
 ½ Onion
 1 clove Chopped garlic
 2 Balsamic vinegar
 2 Olive oil
 5 Water
 Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
1

Peel the onion and cut half of it into pieces.

2

Peel the garlic clove and chop it directly in your blender.

3

Empty the jar of tomato soup into the blender.

4

Start the mixer until the onion is well blended.

5

Add the vinegar, oil, and water gradually. The gazpacho should not be too liquid, as I prefer it to be a bit thick for appetizers. However, you can add a little more water if you prefer.

6

Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

7

Blend everything together until the texture is smooth.

8

To finish, pour into cups and pepper everything.
