A recipe for cheese proposed and photographed by the author.
Cut the cheese into 10 pieces and roll small balls by hand.
Cut the filo pastry into very thin strips and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Crack the eggs and whisk them well. Roll the balls in flour, then in the egg, and repeat twice.
Then roll in the filo dough.
Heat the frying oil to 200 degrees and immerse the balls to achieve a nice color. Drain and serve immediately.
To finish, enjoy with a glass of Reserve Cuvée!
