A signature recipe. Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health; consume in moderation.
Place the slices of lemon and apple at the bottom of a highball glass.
Pour 5 cl of gin, add 2.5 cl of apple juice. Mix well to infuse.
Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour in 75 ml of ginger soda. Stir gently, then garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme.
To finish, enjoy!
