Prepare a bowl of beaten eggs and another bowl with flour, salt, and a little pepper.
Cut the chicken into pieces in a container. Salt it and add minced garlic. Let it rest for an hour.
Coat the pieces in the bowl of flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry them in hot oil until they are golden brown and drain on paper towels.
To finish, serve with green salad or fries.
