A recipe for Bolognese lasagna that I learned from a friend and found very easy for my first real cooking experience.

Yields6 Servings
Prep Time30 minsCook Time30 minsTotal Time1 hr
Ingredients
 500 Ground meat
 2 Chopped onion
 ½ Tomato sauce
2 Milk (I used skim milk)
 2 Flour
 Salt, pepper
 1 Butter
 Oil
 Lasagna sheets
Directions
1

Preparation of the Bolognese sauce: Sauté the chopped onions with a little oil in a saucepan. As soon as they start to change color, add the meat. Stir while adding a little pepper (to taste). Once the meat is cooked, pour in the tomato sauce and add a little until the mixture takes on a red color.

2

Preparation of the béchamel sauce. For the béchamel sauce, pour two glasses of milk into a saucepan, then add flour and a little salt (you can add a small piece of butter). Stir until you reach the desired thickness. Tip: do not let it thicken too much, otherwise it will be difficult to spread.

3

Laying out the lasagna In a dish, spread a layer of béchamel, then a layer of the meat and onion mixture, followed by the lasagna sheets... and continue the process until finishing with a layer of béchamel topped with grated cheese.

Béchamel doesn't work. My suggestion: You should always start by melting the butter, then add the flour, and only after that add the milk.

Superb recipe, nothing to say! All my guests were impressed! Thank you. My suggestion: Make sure to strictly follow the measurements for the tomato, as diluting it with too much water will make your lasagna too moist and impossible to serve without breaking.
