A tasty and original wrap recipe that combines duck and strawberries. A wonderful discovery!
Preparation of the filling. Season and cook the duck strips in olive oil in a non-stick pan, drain, dry, and cool.
Peel and cook the asparagus for 5 minutes in a large volume of boiling salted water, drain and cool.
Slice the strawberries into thin slices. Soften the fresh goat cheese with a drizzle of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Add crushed walnut halves and chopped chives.
Preparation of the wrap. Lay out a large strip of plastic wrap. Place a tortilla on top.
Spread some strawberry jam and goat cheese with nuts.
On the bottom part, sprinkle with arugula leaves. Evenly spread the slices of strawberry. Add two strips of duck per wrap, and one asparagus.
Roll the wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
To finish, remove the film and cut off the ends of the wraps. Slice them in half diagonally. Serve vertically.
