In spring, dandelions bloom in our gardens. It's the time to pick the flowers to prepare a jam! Here is a recipe for dandelion jam.
Wash the dandelion flowers. Let drain.
Cut the oranges and lemons into pieces (with the skin).
Pour into a large pot the dandelion flowers, oranges, lemons, and water. Bring to a boil and then cook for 1 hour.
Strain.
Add the sugar.
Bring to a boil and then cook for 45 minutes. The jam is done when a drop poured on a plate does not run but sets.
To finish, pour the hot preparation into sterilized glass jars. Close immediately. Let cool.
