 30 Large peeled frozen shrimp
 2 Curry powder
 1 Coconut milk
 ½ Liquid pepper
 3 cloves Garlic
 2 pinches Salt and five pepper blend.

Cooking the shrimp Sauté the shrimp with chopped garlic. Season generously with salt and pepper to enhance the sweetness of the curry.

Let the shrimp cook for a few minutes.

Add the curry powder and let the shrimp soak up the flavor for 1 minute.

Finish by adding the coconut milk along with 2 or 3 tablespoons of liquid chili to taste. Let simmer for 2 minutes while stirring, then remove from heat.

    Excellent We loved it. Be careful, it's generous! The sauce may not have been liquid enough. Perhaps it shouldn't be simmered too long to keep it lighter. My suggestion: Very good with fresh shrimp.

    Excellent We really enjoyed it, especially my young children. In addition to the ease of this recipe, it is super quick. My suggestion: I actually added some curry paste, which enhances the flavor of the coconut milk, which is bland.
