 1 garden cucumber
 1 organic sheep's Greek yogurt
 toasted rapeseed oil
 unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar
 peppermint leaves
 a few edible flowers with a garlic flavor

Wash and peel the cucumber. Cut into thin slices using a mandoline. Prepare two nice white plates. On each plate, place a generous spoonful of Greek yogurt flavored with a few drops of apple cider vinegar and fleur de sel. Drizzle the yogurt with a little roasted nut oil.
