Cocktail On Duty Recipe
On the occasion of the Chinese New Year 2022, a mixologist and consultant bartender created and imagined the cocktail On Duty. Easy to make, this cocktail reveals all the subtleties of the new liqueur. This new liqueur unveils notes of curry, vanilla, and citrus, with an amber and gold color, exclusively derived from whisky.
Ingredients
2 Mirabelle Fruit Brandy
2 Passion fruit juice

In a shaker, place the ice cubes and then pour in 4 cl of a herbal liqueur, 2 cl of mirabelle plum brandy, and 2 cl of passion fruit juice.

Shake and pour into a fancy glass.

To finish, top up with tonic. Garnish with a skewer of cherries.
