 100 Chickpeas (cooked)
 70 Rice
 ¼ Red onion
 100 Tomato flesh
 2 Coconut milk
 ¼ clove Garlic
 1 Powdered curry
 ½ Ground cumin
 ½ Ground ginger
 Fresh coriander

In a pot of hot water, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Drain it at the end of cooking.

Slice the red onions.

In a saucepan, pour a drizzle of olive oil and add the sliced onions. Grate the garlic and add the spices (curry, cumin, and ginger), then sauté everything for 4 minutes.

Add the tomato pulp, coconut milk, ½ glass of water per person (about 100ml), and the drained chickpeas. Season with salt and pepper and mix. Cover and let cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

To finish, serve the rice with the curry. (Optional: add fresh coriander.) It's ready!
