A good quick and tasty recipe. It is essential to use a very good vinegar, such as cider vinegar, for the recipe to succeed.

PS: I didn't understand if I should do the step with the flour in the pot or not (and let the mixture with the chicken cook for 40 minutes?) that's what I did while adding a little water. And I put the whole egg with the - 10ML of vinegar - in the bowl and then I poured only half into my sauce (2 chicken thighs), it was good, I just realized now that I was supposed to use only the yolk! Thankfully, I let it cook well. If anyone has made the same mistake, know that it's still good.

Very good This was my first time making muffins, I found it easy to make and very good. Next time, depending on our tastes, I will add a little more salt and cheese.

Very good Very good recipe, we all enjoyed it, easy to make. Personally, I removed the skin from the chicken (cholesterol is lurking!) but it's the same for the rest of the recipe. It's good when reheated too!

Great! The taste of the vinegar was way too strong for me, making it inedible, so I made it again, adding just a hint of vinegar, and it was perfect! Thank you for the recipe, which is very simple to make!
