With the arrival of nice weather, lightness and freshness make their grand return to our plates. For healthy and tasty moments, here is a recipe with spring flavors for a chicken wrap with tomato and horseradish.
Remove the skin from the roasted chicken, then cut the breast into thin pieces and the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Finely chop the chives and mix with the horseradish (or radishes) using a fork.
Spread the tortillas with the obtained mixture, then fill them with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and sprouts. Season to taste.
To finish, roll up the tortillas, place them on 2 plates before cutting them in half.
