Enjoy this marinated chicken breast. A very simple and very tasty meal that is also lighter in calories.
Place the two chicken breasts in an oval dish, surround them with sliced onions, and sprinkle with basil. Drizzle with the juice of two lemons. Let marinate for two hours.
Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet and add the drained chicken breasts. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, and halfway through cooking, add the sliced onions and the remaining two lemons cut into wedges.
To finish, stop the cooking and place the chickens in the same rinsed oval dish along with the onions and lemon slices.
