For a successful picnic, try these cheese cake recipes.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, mix the flour with the baking powder, and add to the beaten eggs. Season with salt and pepper, incorporate the cream, melted butter, and oil. Mix well.
Separate the dough into 4 equal parts. Incorporate into the first: 100 g of grated cheese and 10 slices of sausage. Into the second: 100 g of blue cheese, 80 g of shelled walnuts. Into the third: 100 g of cheese, 1 diced apple, and 1/2 teaspoon of curry. And into the last: 2 crumbled goat cheeses, 8 diced sun-dried tomatoes, and 5 sprigs of thyme, leaves removed.
Pour each mixture into lined loaf pans and let rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then bake for 35 minutes. Check the cooking by inserting the tip of a knife.
To finish, serve once cooked. You can also prepare them the day before and warm them just before serving to regain their softness.
