Light, fluffy recipe idea that is a nice change from traditional cakes. It's also a good way to get children to eat vegetables.
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Mix in a bowl the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and oil.
Pour in the cauliflower. Mix again.
Add the yeast and flour. Stir well.
Fold in the grated cheese.
Grease a loaf pan, then pour in the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
To finish, enjoy it with a small soup, for example.
