very good recipe, easy to make, inexpensive and delicious. Do not add too much water, 1 cup is enough, adding more as needed. I used less sugar for personal taste but it's outstanding. Will make again.

very good I found this recipe very good, and so did my guests My suggestion: I make a less sweet version by using half the sugar or honey, and it’s still just as good!

Flavors from elsewhere It was good and a bit different, but I found that the taste of sugar was too prominent and somewhat overshadowed the other flavors... That's a shame... otherwise, it was a very good dish. My suggestion: Use half the amount of sugar and don't hold back on the ginger...

Testing it is adopting it. Here’s a recipe that has just joined my collection. Simple and tasty: the 2 ingredients of success! I preferred to use less of the spice blend and soy sauce (half as much). On the other hand, I added fresh ginger and carrots, as indicated. For the pineapple, I added frozen pineapple at the very end of cooking. A true delight! My suggestion: Don’t hesitate to add a bit of water during cooking. Served with Thai rice, this dish is fantastic!

So good Great, very simple, and super tasty. I used a wok for cooking, not bad. I didn't add ginger, but it was still good. My suggestion: I added too much broth and left the pieces of meat too large; strips or small cubes would be better.
