If you're in the mood for a comforting dish with exotic flavors, this caramelized pork stir-fry will delight your taste buds with its subtle sweet-and-salty mixture. The tender meat simmers gently in a broth infused with ginger and spices, enhanced by a touch of balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
Sauté the meat cut into small cubes and the onion in olive oil. Once everything is browned, add the broth made with the cube and boiling water.
Add the sugar, the four spices, the vinegar, the soy sauce, and the grated ginger.
Cover and let simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours. If the liquid evaporates too quickly, add broth.
To finish, add pieces of pineapple at the end of cooking. Serve with white rice.
