 600 Ground meat
 2 Onion
 2 cloves Garlic
 1 Carrot
 500 Tomato pulp
 1 Sugar
 1 Oil
 Provençal herbs
 1 Paprika

Peel and chop the onions, garlic, and carrot into small pieces.

Sauté everything for 5 minutes in olive oil on the "browning" setting. Then add the ground meat. Mix everything well.

Pour the tomato pulp, add the paprika, season, add the herbs, sugar, and red wine.

To finish, cook "under pressure" for 20 minutes.
