Transport your taste buds with this Bolognese recipe made in a multicooker, just like in Italy. Easy to make, this recipe will serve as a base for your Bolognese pasta, lasagna, as well as moussaka and cannelloni.
Peel and chop the onions, garlic, and carrot into small pieces.
Sauté everything for 5 minutes in olive oil on the "browning" setting. Then add the ground meat. Mix everything well.
Pour the tomato pulp, add the paprika, season, add the herbs, sugar, and red wine.
To finish, cook "under pressure" for 20 minutes.
