Beef with carrots and bell peppers.

For the base
 220 Beef
 120 Bell pepper
 70 Carrot
 1 Onion
 5 Peanut oil
For the marinade
 ½ clove Crushed garlic
 Pressed ginger
 2 Cornstarch
 1 Soy sauce
 1 Water
For the sauce
 50 White wine
 50 Water
 2 Oyster sauce
 1 Soy sauce
 ½ Sugar
To bind
 1 Cornstarch
 2 Water
Directions

Cut the meat into thin strips. Add the marinade. Set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cut the carrot, bell peppers, and onion into julienne. Prepare the sauce and mix.

Heat the oil in a wok or skillet, quickly sear the meat, remove it, and let it drain. Discard the oil, keeping only 2 tablespoons.

To finish, add the vegetables, incorporate the sauce, bring to a boil, add the meat, and thicken with cornstarch. Serve immediately.

    Not bad It was good; My suggestion: Add a little hot sauce, and on my side, I quickly precooked the vegetables with spices before sautéing them.

    DELICIOUS!!!!! We really enjoyed it!!! Easy and delicious!! Thank you! My suggestion: I sautéed some Chinese noodles in the wok after partially cooking them, very very good, to be eaten with chopsticks of course ;-)
