Enjoy this banana, pistachio, and spirulina milkshake. Of course, summer is behind us, but when we see the sun coming out, we still want to recall its warmth. And why not treat ourselves to a good milkshake? I make it from time to time, but not too often because it's slightly addictive and a bit caloric too...
In a tall bowl, pour in the milk and add the pistachio ice cream, the banana (peeled!) cut into slices, and the spirulina.
Blend until smooth using an immersion blender. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream sprinkled with chocolate pearls.
To finish, note: Check the desired consistency after blending: if it's too thick, add a little milk; if it's too runny, add a bit of ice or a little banana...
