A fresh and delicious smoothie.

 1 Ripe banana
 300 Semi-skimmed milk
 1 Peanut butter

Peel and slice the banana into rounds. Put them in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or overnight if you prefer.

In a blender, place the banana, peanut butter, and milk. Blend until you achieve a smooth mixture.

To finish, pour the mixture into two glasses and serve immediately.

    Super Very good recipe, I recommend it to everyone. I added a little more peanut butter, and it makes it a bit sweeter, I love it!
