Ingredients
 300 hot water
 150 Soy sauce
 30 brown sugar
 6 chopped garlic cloves
 30 grated fresh ginger
 5 red chili flakes
 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
 1 sesame seeds
Directions
1

Start by preparing the marinade. Mix hot water and sugar in a medium roasting pan, stirring to allow the sugar to dissolve and the water to cool. This should only take a few minutes. Add the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and chili, and mix well.

2

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan or 180°C conventional gas mark 6.

3

Bake the chicken in the oven for 25 minutes, until it is thoroughly cooked.

4

Remove the pieces of chicken from the roasting pan, leaving the marinade behind. Add the 5 nests of noodles, turning them to coat with the liquid. If your marinade has become quite dry, you can add up to 300 ml of hot water.

5

Place a piece of chicken on each nest of noodles, then return to the oven for 10 minutes to allow the noodles to absorb all the moisture.

6

To finish, garnish with cilantro, green onions, red chili, and sesame seeds, and your chicken noodles are ready to eat.
