What could be better than starting your day with homemade jam at a brunch? The whole family will enjoy this apple jam. Preferably choose organic apples.

 650 Sugar
 125 Lemon juice

Peel and cut the apples into quarters.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, cover, and keep in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.

Put the apples, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Then, lower the heat and let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Skim off the foam from time to time. Blend.

To finish, pour into clean jars, seal them, and turn them upside down. Let cool and store in the refrigerator.
