Enjoy this cinnamon apple jam. This fruity jam, flavored with cinnamon, will be perfect on pancakes.
Place the peeled, cored, and finely diced apples in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Add the sugar, ground cinnamon, and the brandy to the apples. Mix everything well.
Cover the terrine and let it marinate overnight at room temperature.
The next day: put everything in a jam pot and cook for 40 to 60 minutes, stirring during cooking.
The jam is ready to be jarred when it becomes translucent or when a few drops placed on a cold plate set.
To finish, pour the hot jam into jars and seal them. Invert the jars until completely cooled.
