My recipe: smoked salmon-zucchini pasta A super simple recipe. I put all the ingredients in the pot and let it cook for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly. It's a complete meal, cooked in a single container.
Choose good pasta from several shapes: penne, bowties, tagliatelle, vermicelli for example.
Add a creamy element: sour cream, liquid cream, tomato sauce, fresh cheese for example. Add a strong element that will add flavor: fish, smoked bacon, salmon, or blue cheese.
Add fresh vegetables. Include spices or seasonings: lemon zest, herbs, or chili.
To finish, add cold water, carefully measuring the quantity. Allow to cook for about 15 minutes. There should only be 2 cm left at the bottom of the pot.
