Peel and slice the onion. Sauté with half of the oil in a pot, set aside.
Pour the remaining oil into the pot and brown the rabbit pieces for 5 minutes on all sides.
Add the spice mixture, salt, onion, and honey, then mix. Next, pour in the pomegranate juice and bring to a boil. Let it cook for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finally, serve with couscous and sprinkle with some fresh pomegranate seeds!
