A family pasta dish, simple and indulgent with tuna, a bit of cod brandade for added richness. A healthy, complete, and satisfying meal.
Peel the onion and finely chop it. Peel the garlic clove and mince it. Wash the rosemary and strip the leaves from the stems.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and tomatoes. Add salt and rosemary. Let it cook on low heat until you obtain a fairly thick tomato sauce. Add pepper, cod brandade, and tuna. Mix together.
Add the spaghetti to the tomato sauce and let it simmer on low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
To finish, serve hot.
