Delight your guests with this pesto bread recipe cooked on a griddle. Easy to prepare and budget-friendly, this tasty recipe is perfect for a dinner aperitif.
Mix the basil with the pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil to obtain a firm pesto. Season with pepper and salt.
For the bread, knead the mixture with water and butter into a nice ball and let it rise for 40 minutes.
Now roll out the dough into a large slice and spread pesto on it. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices of 1.5 cm.
Place them in a mold and let them rise for an additional 30 minutes. Bake the bread in the pizza oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
To finish, break the bread into pieces after baking. Enjoy your meal!
